Setup and tear down is included for poker equipment.

Delivery is $160 for anywhere within 1 hour of our shop. +$50 for Downtown Vancouver. Delivery outside this area is available upon request.

Setup & teardown is outside of the 5 hour booking. Setup usually takes approx 30-60 minutes.

Chairs are $5 each for folding padded chairs.

Each poker table seats 8 players and measures 42"x84".

You can add extra tables for $110 per table for any of the packages.

Dealers are available upon request at extra charge. $60/hr per dealer per table.
$50/ half hour for any time over the 5 hour limit. Time starts at the scheduled start time of the tournament until a winner is declared. Setup and tear down time is separate and included in the packages above.
For example, the tournament is set to start at 7pm and end at Midnight. We arrive roughly 45 minutes before to setup, and stay an extra 45 minutes after to pack up which do not count against your 5 hours. If the tournament does not finish until 1am, then an extra $100 is charged.
All prices are subject to GST. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment.
Delivery rates are based on your location relative to our facility.
