Full House Party Rentals is serving Vancouver and the surrounding area with poker table & equipment rentals.  

We offer the BEST custom poker and gaming tables for rent in the lower mainland.

Full House Party Rentals will also help you organize your fundraiser, we will:

  • Provide a blind structure based on how long you want your game to run

  • Suggest a payout structure based on the number of players

  • Recommend the best ways to structure your tournament to maximize funds collected and other ways to raise funds during the event

We can act as the Assistant Tournament Director during the game where we will help with:

  • Assign seats to players

  • Provide chips to each player

  • Balance tables as players are eliminated

  • Announce blind raises and breaks

  • Chip up low denomination chips as the tournament progresses

  • Resolve any poker related conflicts or misunderstandings such as premature exposure of cards, betting mistakes, etc.

Equipment

Available for rent:

  • Up to 15 high quality Texas Hold ‘Em Tables (custom built)

  • 50 Folding padded metal chairs.

  • Poker Chips with marked denominations ($25, $100, $500, $1000, $5000, $10000, $25000).  Each chip is stamped with it’s corresponding value.

  • 2 Decks of High quality cards for each table and cut cards.

  • Dealer buttons for each table.

  • Poker Tournament Manager Timer.

  • Delivery, setup and tear down of all rental poker tables and equipment.

Rates for Poker Tournaments:

Packages:  All of the packages below do not include delivery. 

Setup and tear down is included of poker equipment.  

50 player package: $950

  • 6 poker tables (No chairs)

  • Cards, poker chips and dealer buttons for all tables

  • Full House Party Rentals will run your event up to 5 hours.

80 player package: $1,250

  • 10 poker tables (No chairs)

  • Cards, poker chips and dealer buttons for all tables

  • Full House Party Rentals will run your event up to 5 hours.

100 player package: $1,450

  • 12 poker tables (No chairs)

  • Cards, poker chips and dealer buttons for all tables

  • Full House Party Rentals will run your event up to 5 hours.

100+ players: Please contact us for details.

  • Delivery is extra. 

  • Setup & teardown is outside of the 5 hour booking.  Setup usually takes approx 30-60 minutes.

$50/ half hour for any time over the 5 hour limit.  Time starts at the scheduled start time of the tournament until a winner is declared.  Setup and tear down time is separate and included in the packages above. 

 

For example, the tournament is set to start at 7pm and end at Midnight.  We arrive roughly 45 minutes before to setup, and stay an extra 45 minutes after to pack up which do not count against your 5 hours.  If the tournament does not finish until 1am, then an extra $100 is charged.

  • Chairs are $4 each for folding padded chairs.  

  • Each poker table seats 8 players and measures 42"x84".

  • You can add extra tables for $110 per table for any of the packages.

  • Dealers are available upon request at extra charge.  $60/hr per dealer.

All prices are subject to GST.  A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment.

Delivery rates are based on your location relative to our facility.
